"Bruh, chill. It's just a blog."
-- Plato

Whether you’re a frequent flyer or a first-time visitor, I’m glad you’re here. This isn’t the polished pulpit of a seasoned saint or the plush first-class lounge of the bearded theologians.  It’s more like flying coach on a red-eye — a bit cramped, occasionally awkward, too close to the lavatory, but sometimes surprising, even meaningful if you don’t mind the occasional bumps.

If you hold low expectations, I promise to meet them.  And we both might have fun seeing where this flight takes us.  And if the oxygen masks suddenly drop, just remember — breathe deeply, enjoy the pure oxygen buzz, and don’t forget to put your mask on first before helping the person next to you.  Don't wait for me.  I'll be shoving women and children on my way to the exit.  Here’s hoping for an ontime arrival and the occasional breathtaking view.
